Maintenance Ace is a family owned company founded by Doug Sipes in 2004. Doug spent 19 years in the construction industry before staring Maintenance Ace. His younger brother came aboard in 2009 bringing 16 years of landscape and construction experience. Doug and Ricky form the core of Maintenance Ace and their beliefs and values are what makes the company stand out above the competition
